Molly Donovan, LMHC

There are many reasons why you may be considering counseling.
You may be having difficult emotions and/or challenging experiences or issues that interfere with your life:

  • feeling down most of the time
  • not feeling motivated
  • having difficulty concentrating
  • not enjoying things the way that you used to
  • anxiety related to work or social settings
  • feeling a sense of unidentified dread
  • panic attacks
  • unresolved issues from the past
  • grief and loss
  • relationships challenges

You may also want to speak to someone regarding issues you have as a couple. Whether you are wanting to set a good solid foundation with pre-marital counseling, seeking support with parenting, restoring intimacy, making decisions about separation or you are just generally experiencing gridlock in your relationship.

You may have decided now is the time to ask for help.

Choosing the right person to walk this path with you is an important decision. Walking this path often asks you to be vulnerable and courageous. Having someone you can trust to hear your story and honor your experience can make all the difference.

My clients tell me I am down to earth, that they feel like we are in it together and we get to the heart of the matter. I have training and experience in a variety of modalities. My style tends to be eclectic, meaning that my depth of training and experience allows me to utilize a variety of techniques to find what works for you. I believe the therapeutic process should be uniquely tailored to each individual.

You can expect me to take an active role in your therapeutic process. I see the therapeutic process as a path we will walk together in pursuit of your goals.

I invite you to call and talk with me about what you are looking for. If we decide I am not the right fit for you I will do my best to refer you on to someone that may work better for you.
